Refund Policy
At Bougainlife, each piece is crafted with care, time, and intention. Since many of our products are handmade in limited batches or made to order, we encourage you to review product details, sizing, and descriptions carefully before placing an order. That said, your satisfaction is important to us and we’re here to help if something doesn’t feel right.
Returns & Refunds
• We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind, preferences, or minor imperfections that come with handmade or upcycled items.
• However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details at bougainlife@bougainlife.in bougainlife@gmail.com.
• Once we review and approve your request, we’ll offer:
• A replacement, if the same product is in stock, or
• A full refund to your original payment method if the item is unavailable.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
• Items purchased on sale or during special offers are non-refundable.
• Custom orders or made-to-measure pieces are also non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Refund Request
1. Email us at bougainlife@bougainlife.in with your order number and issue.
2. Attach clear photos of the item if damaged or incorrect.
3. We’ll respond within 2–4 business days with the next steps.
